Where is my package?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the shipping status of your order directly on the shipping service provider's website.
My package has disappeared - what now?
Sometimes a package doesn't arrive. In such a case, it is always advisable to submit an inquiry request to the shipping service provider. If you have not received your order, write to us at support@puristoproducts.com and we will take care of a quick solution.

- Information about your warranty claim: PURISTO grants a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase, provided the products were used under normal conditions and only used for their intended purpose. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any damage caused by improper use, the natural lifespan of the product, or if you change your mind. In order to assert your warranty claim, we need proof of purchase and you must have purchased your PURISTO product on our website or via our own Amazon webshop.

How can I exchange an item?
To ensure simple and quick processing, in this case we also ask you to return the relevant item as described and order the replacement item separately in the online shop.

How can I initiate an Amazon return?
If you purchased one of our items on Amazon and now want to send it back to us, we must ask you to do this directly via Amazon. Please log in to your Amazon account, go to "My Orders" and initiate a return. Amazon will now send you all the necessary documents that you need for a return.
